PHF provides members of various collection of resources with regards to the Philippine horse racing industry. When you register, we assume that you are of legal age. Please bear in mind that MINORS are strictly prohibited. All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags or other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted will be your own responsibility. Please remember that we are not responsible for the contents of any messages posted or transmitted. The messages only share the views or opinions of the member/author of the message. Please contact the Administrator IMMEDIATELY if you feel the message to be posted is offensive or objectionable. We will remove any message if we found out that certain messages is objectionable or offensive.

You AGREE, that PHF may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your account, any associated email address and access. The causes for such termination shall include (a) breaches or violation of the said rules, agreements or guidelines set by PHF (b) request by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by YOU (self initiated deletions)

You AGREE, not to post anything that is under the intellectual property rights

You AGREE, not to post any copyrighted materials unless the copyright is owned by YOURSELF.

NOTE:

1) As much as possible, use a good USERNAME of your choice as this is your permanent account. Maybe you can shorten it or make it even more simple. Try to avoid using numbers after your username so that writing PMs to one another or calling each other will be simpler and easier.

2) You will not be allowed to use a USERNAME that has already been registered earlier by another ROU. For example, someone has already used PROF, any other variants by adding numbers or prefix to PROF like PROF1 or SIR PROF will not be allowed and you will be asked to change your chosen USERNAME or your account will be rejected.

3) COMPLETE the REGISTRATION FORM. Fill in all the required information so that your registration can be processed IMMEDIATELY without any delay. If you do not supply all the required information, the acceptance of your registration will be delayed as NOTICES will be sent by e-mail asking you for these "missing" information. And if the ADMIN has plenty of work to do, sending of these notices to you might even be delayed. So, please COMPLETE all the info required. DON'T WORRY because these will all be kept confidential and will remain with the PHF ADMIN.

Forum Rules & Guidelines:

The Forum Rules and Guidelines can and will be amended whenever the need arises. As such, PHF members are requested to keep an eye on the Forum Rules for any changes.

Inasmuch as the discussion forum is a public forum, it will always remain open for everyone. However, everybody is expected to OBEY the following Forum Rules and Guidelines

1) KEEP TO THE SUBJECT OR TOPIC AT HAND

Your message should at all times be related with the particular subject of the forum. If you want to reply to a certain message or issue, you may do so BUT exercise caution in the choice of the words that you use. Choose and use the most appropriate words to avoid misunderstandings and so as not to hurt anyone’s feelings.

2) POSTING

At all times, post only meaningful, correct and relevant information that will help this site. AVOID posting USELESS messages, one word (or short) non-sense posts. MULTIPLE or REPEATED postings in order to increase post count is NOT ALLOWED. Please make use of the PRIVATE MESSAGE feature, if you want to send a personal message to a specific member. This can be found at the top of the screen when you LOG-IN.

* No CROSS POSTING
Cross posting is posting the same question/remark in several forums at the same time. Please post your topic once and be patient until someone responds.

* SPAMMING is not allowed.
Spamming is posting:
- Unneeded posts mainly to increase own post count.
- Posting few words with no relation to the topic or post
- Posting a Smiley(s) with little or no words is considered spamming
- Resurrecting old topics is not allowed, unless it is necessary.

3) MIND YOUR LANGUAGE

You are free to discuss or share an opinion concerning a certain issue BUT it must have certain limitations. To insult and ridicule, to be rude and impolite or to attack somebody with the use of sexually explicit language is DEFINITELY NOT ALLOWED. ABUSIVE and DEFAMATORY WORDS are also NOT ALLOWED and will be removed immediately without prior notice.

* No FLAMING
To be disrespectful or to exhibit unnecessary rude behavior towards other members or staff will not be tolerated. Do not instigate a flame. If you are a veteran member, please act like one. Assist new members at the forums instead of attacking them.

4) ATTACHMENTS
Only selected members are allowed to post ATTACHMENTS as this consumes a lot of space and bandwidth.

5) UPLOADING

Uploading is allowed for forum related topics ONLY. Adult contents and materials are also STRICTLY PROHIBITED in this forum.

6) MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS or MULTIPLE USER NAMES.

Each member is allowed ONE LOG-IN account. Registering with multiple accounts is NOT ALLOWED. Registering of another account will only be ALLOWED if there is expressed permission or approval coming solely from the Administrator.

7) SIGNATURE PICTURES

Signature pictures are not allowed to be used. This is to preserve bandwidth and make the forum appear sleek. In the long term, the forum will get bulky if everyone has Signpics attached.

8.) ADVERTISEMENTS

You CAN NOT post any affiliate or referral links or post anything asking for referral. Such post will be removed immediately.

9) RESPECT TOWARDS STAFF

We ask that you respect the staff at PHF as well as the decisions that they make. Therefore, please take note of the following:

* If you have been moderated/advised by one of the staff members, we ask that you do not take these actions personally. Our actions are based on good judgment, common sense and the above specified rules.

* It is not our position to intimidate nor openly humiliate anyone by editing/deleting signatures, avatars, posts or topics- the staff's purpose is to keep this site running as smoothly and organized as possible.
