Engkargado
A race horse trainer or one knowledgeable in handling horses.

Ensayador
An exercise rider or a rider during workouts.

Ensayo
A workout, airing, or a morning gallop intended mainly for conditioning.

Exotic Bets
Any wagering event involving multiple bets or any bet requiring that three horses be combined, as in Trifecta.

Extra Double a type of bet

Select a horse to win in each of the two races (not consecutive) (1st leg and 3nd leg) nominated by the Club for both races from the starters in the Extra Double event appearing in the racing program.

False Start
When a horse leaves a starting gate prematurely.

Filly
A female horse aged four or less.

Foal
A newborn horse.

Forecast a type of bet
Select two horses to finish first and second in correct order in a race.
